We have taken every effort to design our Web site to be useful, informative, helpful, and honest. Hopefully we’ve accomplished that - and would ask that you let us know if you’d like to see improvements or changes that would make it even easier for you to find the information you need and want.
All we ask is that you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Take a few minutes to look them over because by using our site you automatically agree to them. To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate SteelConstruction.us and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, SteelConstruction.us and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Austin. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Austin, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

The Steel Construction Group, llc. is controlled, operated and administered entirely within Texas. Our web design firm, Arkansas Web Designs, is located in Sherwood, Arkansas.
